MISSION

My goal is to help smaller manufacturers with limited laboratory capabilities determine product failure root cause and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs and decrease scrap rates.

I can help guide required outside testing to large corporate labs to efficiently use time and expenses to determine "what changed". Then I will translate these results and determine the best corrective action.
